October meeting 10/18 was held at the Golden Corral in Winder.

Bill Howell opened the meeting at 7:14 PM

Sue Howell gave us the treasury report, club balance , and information on club insurance for next year.

Walt made a motion that we sell our audio equipment to the Dixie Cruisers for $450 and it passed with a member vote.

Walt also talked about the Moonshine Show coming up Oct. 21,22,23 in Dawsonville and we discussed the shows we want to have for 2017, such as the Chilli Cook Off ( not a show but a function) and the Summit show in June.

Charlie asked about officers for next year and Bill said he will email everyone about the elections .

We adjourned at 8pm.

Next meeting will be Nov 15th at Golden Corral in Winder.
